One of LPS Training Services’ junior trainers is Senaiga Elangovan, a very dedicated, passionate and committed officer. She believes in teamwork and has fostered many group discussions and knowledge exchange among participants in the Company’s seminars. She has been with LPS Training Services since 2016 and since then, her loyalty to work has never been questioned. She leads the Company in breaking new frontiers, achieving seemingly insurmountable goals and making huge impacts. Coupled with her work as a teacher is the administrative work as a director.
One of the reasons this Organization has witnessed unmatched level of success is the management’s decision to put the round pegs in the round holes. Ms.Senaiga is one of such round pegs handling a course she is inexplicably passionate about. She has years of experience teaching Mathematics at various levels after leaving school. What has endeared her to her trainees is her attention to details, ability to be at her best under stress and the worth she places on human value. She balances her work ethics with social standards.
Her teachings are always practical and solution-based. Ms Senaiga’s philosophy is using figures to figure out the problems of organizations. She believes that many companies are always running at a loss because they have no respect for figures. She has always made it known to her trainees that nobody disobeys figures and makes profit with them. To her, these calculations errors are not limited to the finance department of firms alone, but more importantly on the part of the production and management teams.
Before decisions are implemented, the risk factors, potential gains and duration should be calculated. The overall and overhead costs should be calculated as well. If at the end of these processes, the proposed decision still looks viable, it may then be implemented. She has always lamented how organizations overlook these vital processes and rush into implementing ideas that will later crash before being hatched. Senaiga is always more passionate while teaching employees from small organizations because her research reveals that they are the most culpable of this shortcoming.
Ms Senaiga is also distinguished due to her teaching style. She understands that people easily get confused with figures. So, she makes the teaching process very easy and relatively slow in order to accommodate every member of her class. This unique style is one of the selling points of LPS Training Services; it is not just about having competent hands, but having competent hands who understand the needs of their clients and know how to help them get the needs. Since LPS Training Services has been established, Senaiga has been making use of her knowledge in Mathematics to find solutions to the numerous problems bedeviling organizations.
